As long as I can remember, I have been interested in the complexities and artistry of the human body. This led me to pursue my undergraduate degree in Human Health Science at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.

While in university, I was suffering from digestive complaints and food sensitivities that left me feeling confused and disheartened. I saw that my school was offering consultations with a Holistic Nutritionist and so I decided to try it out. Her experience was insightful and empowering. The Nutritionist helped me get to the root causes of my digestive issues and gave me tools to support my digestive health. After this interaction, I knew that THIS was what I wanted to pursue and do for others. I enrolled in nutrition school at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and graduated at the top of my class.

I have a passion for women’s hormonal health as I have seen too many women told to take hormonal birth control to “fix” their hormonal imbalances, and they are left feeling unheard and with more problems than they started with.

Due to my husband & I’s personal journey with sub-infertility, the area of fertility is an area of much passion for me as well, and I have worked with couples who are trying to conceive through addressing underlying root causes.

The answered prayer of becoming a mom to my sweet daughter also opened my eyes to the great need for support for mommas in pregnancy as they grow their babies. It is a time of great joy but also concern as you want to ensure your baby is getting all they need, and there can be so many conflicting voices.

As moms we often put our needs on the back burner, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and depleted. I want to help you in your post-partum journey to care for your health so you can pour from a full cup.

It is my joy to walk alongside people like you and give you the health care you deserve!

Fun Facts About Me!

My philosophy on nutritional health

My background encompasses a blend of formal education and practical experience in the field. I have a strong passion for understanding the intricate relationship between food and health, which informs my approach to nutrition.

With a focus on evidence-based practices, I aim to provide clear, accessible information that empowers individuals to make informed choices about their diets. I believe in the importance of a balanced nutrition plan that suits each person's unique needs and lifestyle.

We take an approach that seeks to address root causes instead of band-aiding symptoms. Yes, this may take longer, but it is always worth it.

The human body is intricately connected, therefore we care for you body holistically; mind, body and spirit.

You will find I stay away from extreme diets and highly restrictive eating, focusing more on individual needs knowing not one size fits all. A balanced and mindful approach to eating is more effective and sustainable.

I enjoy staying current with the latest research and trends in nutrition, ensuring that the guidance I provide is both relevant and practical. My goal is to support others on their journey to improved health and wellbeing by offering insights that are rooted in science and tailored to individual circumstances.
